Candling Our First Eggs at Pancake Farms

Here at Pancake Farms we are breeding Gold Lace Wyandottes and are excited to be candling our first eggs from Henrietta. To check the growth and development of the embryo, incubated eggs are candled. This allows us to see if the eggs are fertile.
